John Leung’s Martial Arts

Tai Chi Kung Fu class in the centre hall, conducted by Master John Leung every Saturday from 10:30am to 11:30am,  inclusive of Tai Chi Chuan, Tai Chi Sword, Sabre, Fan, Xing Yi, Ba Qua Palm and Qi Kong .

Every Saturday 10.30am to 11.30am. £30 for 10 lessons.

Yoga Class

An exercise that originated from India, it has become widespread and is one of the most favoured relaxing mechanisms in the UK. Yoga can stimulate stability, strength, flexibility and mental relaxation.

Time: Every Sunday from 11am to 12 noon

Fee: £40 for 10 lessons

瑜珈班

瑜伽由印度發源,後來得以廣傳和普及,並成為英國人最喜愛的一種鬆弛運動。從瑜伽戒律,調身,調息至攝心,凝神與入定等,使學員將日常生活及工作的緊張,達致無人無我,純任天機流行養心的無上法。

時間:逢星期日早上十一時至中午十二時。

費用:£40鎊 十堂。


Chi Gong (Healing Hands) Class

Chi Gong (Healing Hands) is an ancient Chinese art based on unique breathing techniques and has over 10,000 years of history. Healing through energy can relieve stress, strains, internal injuries, back pain, PMT and lack of energy;  it can also help to boost the body’s immune system.

Time: Tuesday from 10:30am to 11.30 am.

Fee: £30 for ten lessons

氣功組

氣功是中國古代根據呼吸運動而產生的,具有超過一萬年歷史。通過氣功而產生能量,能緩和精神緊張、壓力、內傷、腰痛、更年期綜合症、缺乏精力; 同時也可以增加身體免疫系統。

上課時間: 逢星期二,上午10時30分至11時30分。

收費:每十堂£30

London Chinatown Taekwondo

Weekly practice sessions for people already involved in martial arts, or with some martial arts or related experience.

Time:  Tuesday from 5:30pm to 8:30pm.

Table Tennis Club

Come and play table tennis at the Chinese Community Centre.
Day: Wednesdays
Time: 2pm – 6pm
Price: Members – Free (Members only)
Level: All levels are welcome!

We encourage people to bring their own bats, but the Centre can provide bats.

Come along to the weekly club
If anyone is interested please get in touch with the Chinese Community Centre

It is open to all levels of runners – you can push yourself as much as you like or come to get fit, lose weight or just meet some new people!

Please be at the Centre by 18:45 – there will be limited changing space. We will lock our stuff in one of the rooms, but please don’t bring anything too valuable as we will not be responsible for your stuff!
