Here are some dates to note for your diaries in 2009.

Sunday 12^th July – Grading at Chinese Community Centre, followed by the wonderful “Chinatown Friendly” sparring competition, with special guest Mr John Swift, head of the Independent Taekwondo Schools

Saturday 12^th September – Grading at Ashton under Hill, followed by open competitions in patterns, self defence, demonstration techniques, and sparring

Saturday 26th September - ITS Fight Night - Redditch

Sunday, 1^st November – Verve UK Open, in Kidderminster
