Qigong is an ancient Chinese healing practice that combines controlled breathing, gentle movement, and meditation to promote good mental, physical, and spiritual health. Qigong offers many benefits, like strengthening our immune system, reducing stress and anxiety, and improving focus.

We are happy to announce the launch of a new programme in collaboration with @letmeknowuk !
As humans, the relationships we form with other people are vital to our mental and emotional wellbeing, as well as our survival. Although many of us are aware of this, we are taught so little about them, particularly skills in practicing healthy relationships.
@letmeknowuk is an education charity who runs workshops educating young people about healthy and unhealthy behaviours, so that they can avoid abuse and strive in their relationships.

We are happy to announce the launch of @communitea.fund 👏 Communitea is a Chinese tea-themed art platform with over 50 beautiful prints that were created by 55 creatives in collaboration with @roomfifty All profits from their incredible prints will help us achieve our mission further! For every:
£10 will allow us to take an elderly member for an outing;
£5 will allow us to provide one serving of hot lunch & tea at our centre;
£10 will allow us to provide free Information and Advice service to one individual;
£7 will allow us to provide affordable classes, workshops, and health seminars to one individual;
£8 will allow us to support one disadvantaged youth member to join our centre activities. He was also a student of other famous Chinese painters like Yun Tang, Li Xiongcai and Xie Zhiliu.
