We are calling for Chinese Londoners interested in cooking, Chinese food culture and climate change to join us for 3 delicious workshops, exploring what we can do to tackle the climate crisis through our cooking and eating habits.

Food and climate change are inextricably linked. From food miles to farming methods, food poverty to crop failures to demand for out of season ingredients– what we decide to cook can really make a difference to the planet.

The workshops dates are:
Workshop 1 – 23 June Wednesday: 6.30 – 7.30pm (online)
Workshop 2– 30 June Wednesday: 6.30 – 7.30pm (online)
Workshop 3– 10 July Saturday : 1:00-2:30pm (in person at London Chinese Community Centre in Chinatown / participants can choose to attend virtually)
Suitable for anyone aged 16 and above, non-member welcome. No prior expertise is required to join this project, but you should be living in London. Places are limited so sign up soon! For any further queries, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
