魚翅瓜半個,排骨4塊,姜1塊,小量冬菇,無花果,蜜棗,鹽少許,胡椒粉少許,水適量

做法
1.魚翅瓜去皮,切大塊 , 姜去皮

2.豬骨加入冷水,大火燒開。倒掉水,沖洗乾淨骨頭表面的浮沫

3.加入豬骨,燒開後轉小火燜 30分鐘 (把湯上面的那層浮油都給撇掉)

4.加入魚翅瓜,大火燒開,轉小火燜至變軟,大約15分鐘 

5.用鹽和胡椒調味
