We provide a free, confidential and impartial information and advice service which covers the following areas:
- Welfare benefits
- Housing issues
- Family and personal
This service includes one-to-one Centre based advice sessions, outreach visits to housebound and vulnerable people, organised talks and translated leaflets covering Welfare benefits, Housing and Health issues. The staff are experts in this field, providing independent and confidential advice to those in need with the aim to advise and promote self-confidence and independence.

We provide an outreach service for those who are unable to visit the Centre. Please contact the Centre on 020 7439 3822 to arrange for an Information and Advice Service officer to visit you.
The information and advice service runs on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. You must book an appointment on Mondays. On Tuesdays and Wednesdays, we operate a first-come, first-serve system.
