Exercise Classes

John Leung’s Martial Arts

Tai Chi Kung Fu class in the centre hall, conducted by Master John Leung every Saturday from 10:30am to 11:30am,  inclusive of Tai Chi Chuan, Tai Chi Sword, Sabre, Fan, Xing Yi, Ba Qua Palm and Qi Kong .

Due to Covid-19, this class is suspended until further notice.

Every Saturday 10.30am to 11.30am.
£30 for 10 lessons.


TaiChi

Due to Covid-19, this class is suspended until further notice.

Tai Chi class in the centre hall, conducted by Master Simon and Jenny.
Every Monday from 10:30am to 11:30am, 
inclusive of Tai Chi Chuan, Kung Fu fan, etc.
Fee: £30 10 lessons。


Kele Ball

Due to Covid-19, this class is suspended until further notice.

Kele ball is a unique Chinese sport which strengthens your core and improves balance. This gentle exercise class is suitable for all ages and abilities. 

Time: Every Thursday 11:30-12:30 pm
Cost: Free for CCC members


Yoga Class 瑜珈班

Due to Covid-19, this class is suspended until further notice.

An exercise that originated from India, it has become widespread and is one of the most favoured relaxing mechanisms in the UK. Yoga can stimulate stability, strength, flexibility and mental relaxation.

Time: Every Sunday from 11am to 12 noon
Fee: £40 for 10 lessons


Chi Gong (Healing Hands) Class

Due to Covid-19, this class is suspended until further notice.

Chi Gong (Healing Hands) is an ancient Chinese art based on unique breathing techniques and has over 1000 years of history. Healing through energy can relieve stress, strains, internal injuries, back pain, PMT and lack of energy;  it can also help to boost the body’s immune system.

Time: Tuesday from 10:30am to 11.30 am.
Fee: £30/10 Sessions
