When someone visits we use a third party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.

How Do We Collect Personal Information?
We collect personal information about you when you ask about our activities, register with us to become a member, make a donation to us, register for an event/class, engage with our social media, sign up to our email newsletter, or otherwise give us personal information.

How Do We Use Personal Information?
We require this information to understand your needs and provide you with a better service, and in particular for the following reasons:

• To enable you to become a member so you can join our classes and activities
• To process your donations or other payments, to claim Gift Aid on your donations and verify any financial transactions

We will only share information with other organisations where we have your permission to do so in accordance with this Privacy Policy or where it is necessary for a legitimate reason connected with the services we offer, or where it is required by law or regulation.
